Improved as a SAP Operation Leader
"It was very fortunate and fortuitous to know about the SAP training class namely “SAP Consultant Journey to Excellence” organized by NGIG Institute."
My background is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh Polytechnic University, majoring in mechanical engineering & automatic electricity, PLC, and industrial networks. I have over 15 years of experience working in the engineering industry and over 10 years in engineering and project manager positions. Pepsi Food Company Vietnam is currently implementing the SAP project and I am facing many difficulties in implementing this project.
It was very fortunate and fortuitous to know about the SAP training class namely “SAP Consultant Journey to Excellence” organized by NGIG Institute (NGI Group Co., Ltd), in collaboration with Abeo Academy, the Business Intelligence Research Lab (Bi-Lab) & SAP Next-Gen Lab at the University of Economics & Law – VNU HCM (UEL). I was convinced from the beginning when I had a phone call about the agenda training content of class M01 with MSc Nhat Nguyen – Senior Director of Training, NGI Group cum Bi-Lab & SAP Next-Gen at UEL. I registered immediately and became the class monitor of module M01 11th – Integrated Business Process with SAP S/4HANA (TS410). When joining the class, MSc Nhat always dedicatedly answered students’ questions, as well as guided students in the most effective ways to study. I was so inspired by our dear lecturer, and I became addicted and passionate about SAP without knowing it before. Great integration in modules MM, SD, PP, PS, WM, IM, FI, and CO, as well as logical thinking in the SAP system. I am passionate about learning SAP and I spend nearly 10 hours every day practicing the SAP system.

Participating in class M01, I joined the SAP Vietnam Learning Community and met and discussed with the founding members of the community. I admire the contributions & dedication of MsC Nhat Nguyen, Mr. Dat Lam, Mr. Khanh Nguyen, Mrs. Jenna Mai, Ms. Tinh Vo… admire their dream of building a strong SAP Vietnam Learning Community, especially Mr. Nhat Nguyen’s mission as Board Members of SAP UA Academic Board APJC to spread SAP knowledge to millions of students, working adults and the next generation of Vietnam.
SAP & RPA & AI will be core technologies in the next few years, and I look forward to learning more to develop myself and my capabilities.
The limitation of your ability does not lie in the background or critical experience you have, it depends on your passion and ability to learn with a growth mindset.
